As manager, he grew a business from 5 agents to 105 agents doing an average of 75 sales per month in a few short years. He is the founder and CEO of The Coaching Factory with its team of specialist coaches providing specialist courses focused on sales performance and management. Anthony holds diplomas in Advanced Property Practice and Accounting, is a Certified Realty Specialist, and a past chairman of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa, Johannesburg Central.
